- Sicherstellung eines effizienten und proaktiven Kundenservices im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung aller Händleranfragen (Telefon, E-Mail und Fax)
- Bestellannahme und -erfassung
- Betreuung des Fachhandels per Telefon und E-Mail zu digitalen Serviceangeboten inklusive Problemlösungen
- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Optikfachhandel zu Lieferverzögerungen, sowie Sales- und Marketing-Themen
- Datenverarbeitung im Warenwirtschaftsprogramm SAP R/3
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne mit kaufmännischen (m/w/d) Hintergrund
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Call Center oder Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil, Quereinstieg möglich
- Interesse an neuen Technologien und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP R/3
- Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Spaß am aktiven Kundenkontakt und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an eigenverantwortlicher Tätigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Motivationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
