- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-time traffic analysis and crash prevention.
- Implement computer vision algorithms to detect and track vehicles, pedestrians, and road conditions.
- Optimize signal processing and statistical models to improve intersection safety systems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale traffic datasets.
- Contribute to the development of an online visualization dashboard, ensuring seamless data presentation (basic front-end/back-end web development).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into AWS-hosted infrastructure.
- Stay updated on advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and traffic safety technologies to drive innovation.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for developing high-performance systems.
- Expertise in machine learning, computer vision, tracking, data science, signal processing, statistics, and optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS and basic knowledge of front-end/back-end web development for dashboard integration.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (salary commensurate with experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems.
- Experience with real-time systems or traffic safety solutions is a plus.
