What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and guide the delivery of various email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, membership campaigns, and fundraising efforts
- Assist in onboarding current and future employees within the email marketing platform
- Design and track email segments, automations, and subscriber journeys
- Collaborate with content creators to manage and conceptualize marketing materials
- Produce monthly email marketing analytics reports to guide strategy for digital campaigns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of expertise and experience with email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Insights is strongly preferred
- B.S./B.A. in communications, public relations, marketing, or three years of professional experience in email marketing
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with proven team-building experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of outdoor, hunting, and conservation industries
- Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production
