      Job Summary:

      Assist the Mobile & Digital Innovation team with the following objectives: 1) optimize guest experience and product performance for the SMS platform(s), mobile ordering and venue management software 2) assist with reporting on performance of the SMS platform(s), mobile ordering and venue management 3) provide ongoing support of the execution and expansion of the licensed digital products across the enterprise.

      Key Job Functions:

      To support with the main objectives of this role, assistance would be requested with the following items to include, but not limited to:

      1. Assist with set-up and launch of additional properties for the SMS platform(s) and mobile ordering
      2. Identify areas of opportunity for increased automation and efficiency in the SMS platform(s)
      3. Audit content, recommend edits and assist with maintaining SMS templates
      4. Prepare reporting for the SMS platform(s) and mobile ordering
      5. Maintain user access for the SMS platform(s), mobile ordering platform and Stripe
      6. Complete monthly audit of users of the SMS platform(s), mobile ordering platform and Stripe
      7. Assist and support mobile ordering menu creation, updates and requests
      8. Audit and ongoing upkeep of mobile ordering menus to ensure content is correct
      9. Assist with activating mobile ordering price yielding for special events and holidays
      10. Audit and upkeep of the Stripe accounts for all licensed digital solutions

      Education and Experience:

      Enrolled in college with a preferred major and/or minor in Marketing, Hospitality, Mobile, Social Media, Digital, Web, Business and/or AI

      Qualifications:

      1. Demonstrates a friendly, upbeat and positive disposition
      2. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
      3. Possesses problem solving skills, exercises good judgement when analyzing and solving problems.
      4. Strong attention to detail.
      5. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to type
      6. Must be highly motivated and proactive
      7. Must be comfortable making suggestions and taking constructive feedback
      8. Ability to maintain composure and excellent client relations under all circumstances
      9. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
      10. Ability to follow checklists and established process & procedures to complete projects
      11. Ability to work both in office and remote with internet access with a professional appearance.

      Work Environment:

      Hands on training with Manager, peers and sitting side by side working on tasks/requests. The intern will participate in training sessions, meetings, presentations and staff meetings to learn how the departments within the Caesars Entertainment ecosystem work. The intern will also be hands on with all digital products to include the SMS platform(s), mobile ordering and venue management. The intern will be supervised by the Mobile and Digital Innovation Specialist with additional supervision by the Mobile and Digital Innovation Manager.

      Weekly check-in on performance to share feedback on areas of success and areas of opportunity. Willingness to complete any evaluation forms from intern’s college/university required for internship/school credits.
