Job Summary
The Senior Mobile Applications Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the mobile development efforts, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' experience in a related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five (5) years experience in mobile app development.
Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience with Flutter framework.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in Dart programming languages.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
Experience with version control systems (Git, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of mobile app store submission process and guidelines.

• Architects and implements robust, scalable, and maintainable codebase • Collaborates closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and designs concepts into functional, responsive, and user-friendly applications • Debugs and troubleshoots issues, and implements effective solutions in a timely manner • Leads the design, development, and deployment of high-performance mobile applications using Flutter framework • Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth • Optimizes application performance and ensures seamless user experience across various devices and platforms • Participates in code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to coding standards • Stays up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and applies best practices to enhance the development process • Works closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services, ensuring smooth data flow and functionalityCertifications
