      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, utilizing digital tools to showcase T-Mobile solutions
      - Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve skills for optimal customer service
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers, following up and managing referrals to drive sales
      - Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support customer account setup, device support, and servicing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
      - Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to create positive customer interactions
      - Willingness to work as part of a team and share best practices
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
