      Job Summary:

      The Mobile Device Management Technician will serve as Single Point-Of-Contact for all incidents/service requests, based on prioritization and urgency/impact, as reported by business stakeholders. The position will also be responsible for ensuring standardized and troubleshooting steps are performed for each individual incident/request, providing comprehensive reporting to MDM Team Lead as needed for escalation.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

      • Provision user & equipment profiles in Active Directory, Office 365, MDM dashboard, etc.
      • Troubleshoot & resolve common services, software & hardware related issues.
      • Escalate mobile network access issues to the MDM Team Lead
      • Follow processes & procedures for ordering, issuing, retrieval of and decommission of company-purchased equipment
      • Follow up daily with all MDM Support Tickets in personal queue
      • Review unassigned ticket queue on daily basis
      • Utilize IBC training resources to achieve competency with basic IT systems & common IT industry services
      • Follow / comply with the Termed Employee Equipment Collection process and procedures – Report any discrepancies to MDM Support Lead
      • Collection and distribution of mobile devices as needed to local market, neighboring market travel may be needed if approved by IT Services Senior VP
      • Will follow all guidelines set forth by IBC Mobile Device Acceptable Use policies and any policies regarding the use of IBC provided equipment and services
      • Secure, maintain & properly use IBC issued mobile devices according to IBC Acceptable use policies and any other policies regarding IBC Issued Equipment
      • Maintain accurate records of all IBC Equipment transactions
      • Assist Service Desk with transfer of calls requiring further troubleshooting to resolve user equipment/service issues
      • Retain all invoices, Electronic Mobile Device Requests, Approval of Mobile Device Requests for all equipment transactions

      EDUCATION

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Associate’s, Bachelor’s Degree, or Technical Certification in work-related field preferred
