What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
- Continuous training on products, systems, and processes
- Utilizing digital tools for customer interactions and onboarding
- Acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Sales skills in new customer acquisition
- Proficiency in computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Superior customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Familiarity with IoT and Windows systems
