What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell and serve customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently train on T-Mobile experiences, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and products
- Utilize digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of wireless/voice/data products and services
- Meet performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Less than 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
- Customer acquisition sales skills
- Multi-tasking and navigating between Windows systems
- Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT
- Computer hardware proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 months of experience in customer service and/or sales in a retail environment
