Job Description
- Req#: 54128
- Be a brand ambassador for ANZ by presenting at seminars and workshops.
- Identify and meet customer’s long term and short term needs through the provision of ANZ's range of home loan products.
- Provide a QFE advice proposition to customers needing Home Lending advice.
- Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
- Guide and assist customers through each step of the Home Buys journey, delivering exceptional service resulting in customer advocacy.
- Foster collaborative internal relationships across Personal, Business and Private Banking to ensure the delivery of seamless customer experience.
- Generate new business for ANZ by creating and managing a productive network of external influences.
- Proactively manage business development activity, risk frameworks and legislative requirements.
- Superior home lending and risk management skills.
- Previous experience in Business Banking is advantageous, however we are happy to help support the right candidate in developing these skills.
- Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role.
- High level of knowledge on home buying process and industry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- A positive attitude with a growth mind-set.
- Expertise in developing new business and effective relationship management.
