What will you do?
The successful candidate is required to efficiently, professionally and effectively manage all medical appointments.
What will make you successful in this role?
Respect and apply Sanlam Namibia policy and procedures in a professional and ethical manner
Scheduling of medical appointments with perspective clients
Processing of bookings on the DocIt system
Effective client Service to stakeholders and external clients
Arrangement of required medical appointments for clients and completion of medical forms
Keep client appointments on schedule by notifying clients and following up
Strictly follow universal precaution, infection control principles and sterilization of medical instruments
Liaise with brokers, advisers and key role players in the medical profession
Record keeping and medical supplies management
Provide regular, on time and quality monthly narrative reports to the Medical Liaison Officer
Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
Drafting short medical reports
Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Accurate and timely investigation and feedback to intermediary and stakeholder queries
Professional and well-structured communication of requirements and follow upsQualifications and Experience
Grade 12
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
Registered with Namibia Health Profession Council of Namibia (HPCNA)
Registered with Ministry of Health and Social Services
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience
Driver's Licence Code 8Knowledge and Skills
Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal & Written)
One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
Computer Literate (MS Office Package)
Intermediate administration, recording keeping and data management
Mobile position and it may be required to work overtime from time to time
Attention to detail, accurate and organised
Confidentiality; work ethics and professionalism are essential
