      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and execute travel schedules, logistics, and arrangements for Mobile USO programs
      - Serve as the main point of contact for Mobile USO events, promoting a positive image and supervising volunteers
      - Act as a media spokesperson, coordinating press releases and interviews for Mobile USO programs
      - Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to events and programs
      - Drive and maintain USO vehicles to and from assigned events, ensuring compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in operations, event/program development, or logistics
      - Ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license, if required
      - Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant experience in a not-for-profit, military, multicultural, and/or global organization
      - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise
      - Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
      - Familiarity with cash/donation handling and reporting procedures
