Acquisition of new clients and vendors, dealers and estate agents as per product line.

Cross-sell of all Nedbank products.

Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing effective and professional service to existing and potential customers.

Exceed sales, growth and profit targets.

Assessment and recommendation of applicants for fast and effective decision-making.
-
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, suppliers and all Nedbank approved dealers and estate agents.
-
Increase the market penetration.

Implementation and execution of all new products and offerings
-
Establish the Nedbank Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia.
-
Visit vendors, dealer and estate agents on a regular basis.
-
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
-
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Be innovative and self-driven
-
High degree of self-confidence.

Outgoing personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound experience in all aspects of sales

Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the application of the Credit Agreement and Usury Acts.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Must be flexible within working hours.
-
Must be willing to travel between branches, suppliers and dealers.

Grade 12 (25 points) and a relevant Diploma or Degree.

Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with knowledge of sales, credit/risk assessment skills.

Fluency in various languages would be an added advantage.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Office.

Own transport would be an added advantage.
