Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking Professional Mobile Security Supervisors in Winnipeg. Hourly Pay: $24.79 -1 part-time and 1 casual position available -Shift timings are 0700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700 hrs -Part-time position has a schedule of Sat and Sun 0700-1500 hrs -Candidates applying for casual position must have open availability and ability to work a combination of shifts on as needed basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Patrol commercial and industrial sites, using company vehicleProvide alarm response using company vehicle Provide after-hours emergency support to static guard sites within the assigned portfolioWork in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heatOccasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilogramsClimb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shiftStand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalentClass 5 Full Driver's License requiredMB Security Guard License required Must have a clean driver's abstract (3 years)Must have a minimum of 3-year driving experience Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience is required Previous experience in military or law enforcement is an asset Legally entitled to work in CanadaPossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective mannerLicensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background checkDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsHave intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAbility to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyClosing
