      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Consultant to lead Mobile User Growth Marketing Strategy within Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) Marketing.

      This role is part of the CSBB Digital Engagement Marketing organization, responsible for engaging customers with our digital banking and financial goal setting experiences. This role will help define how we position and market our growing suite of mobile experiences with the goal of improving customer satisfaction, brand favorability, deepening, and retention through mobile engagement.

      In this role, you will:

      • Develop the overall marketing strategy to bring to market our Wells Fargo mobile app offerings, including audience analysis, targeting and channel strategy, positioning and messaging
      • Engage with market research, product, marketing, segment and channel partners, cross-functional groups and vendors to lead the mobile growth marketing strategy development, identifying resulting actions needed by partners to ensure successful marketing delivery
      • Continually assess and optimize marketing plan and forecast for key customer audiences, prioritizing top marketing opportunities based upon expected outcome
      • Manage complex marketing plans including test and learn agendas to drive a cohesive approach to marketing across cross-functional groups and customer segments
      • Serve as a subject matter expert in customer and digital marketing
      • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing significant business solutions that are large scale, highly complex initiatives across organizational boundaries requiring new strategies and thinking

      Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience with marketing mobile app solutions
      • Experience in customer analysis to create go to market strategy
      • Experience influencing cross functionally
      • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
      • Experience creating a strategic marketing roadmap
      • Integrated marketing experience
      • Multi-segment marketing experience
      • Financial Services experience
