      General Summary of Position:

      We are seeking a Mobility Analytics specialist to join our team. As Mobility Analytics Associate, you will be responsible using advanced SQL skills and data modeling techniques to assist in the operations of the mobility product division. You will play a crucial role in improving our mobility services, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      Data Analysis and Optimization:

      • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets related to wireless product including cost, revenue, and data usage.
      • Develop and implement data models to identify trends, patterns, and insights for optimizing internal mobility services and external/ customer plan management.
      • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and data optimization through data-driven analysis.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and product development, to develop new wireless plans and pricing strategies.

      Reporting and Presentation:

      • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
      • Present analytical insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, tailored to various audiences within the organization.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to mobility analytics.

      Team Leadership and Collaboration:

      • Manage a team of mobility analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mobility analytics initiatives with broader organizational goals.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline). Advanced degree preferred.
      • Extensive experience (5+ years) analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
      • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and perform advanced data manipulations.
      • Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
      • Knowledge of wireless plans, telecommunications industry, and data optimization techniques.
      • Proven experience in extracting insights from large datasets and presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
