      For our general services department we are looking for a Mobility & Fleet Specialist.

      The Mobility & Fleet Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our fleet operations. They will collaborate closely with the fleet manager and fleet coordinator to ensure the processes and toolings are aligned with the new mobility ecosystem.

      Your impact

      As a Mobility & Fleet Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

      • Determining & optimising the existing fleet processes

      • Determining & implementing the new mobility processes

      • Determining, reviewing, implementing the different fleet/mobility management platforms

      • Analysing data related to fleet performance

      • Preparing fleet reports and make recommendations/defining KPIs for improvements

      • Conducting drivers/mobility surveys


      Abo ut y ou

      • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field is a plus).

      • Affinity with fleet/mobility-related topics

      • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

      • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

      • You have experience in data analytics and have facilities with reporting (excel, Power BI)

      • Service minded, stress resilient, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

      • Ideally bilingual French and Dutch with an excellent command of English

      • environment.

      • Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Ability to work constructively with other people, innovate and take initiatives;

      • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigour and involvement;
