- International Mobility Business partner : provide guidance on policy, process, tax, immigration and social security issues. Supports HRBP with assignment planning and costing.
- Point of contact for employees moving across borders including assignment briefing, check-ins during relocation process and ensure excellent customer experience from internal mobility teams and external vendors.
- Identify ways to improve customer experience in all areas of the Mobility process including developing documentation, tools, templates and content for Mobility team, Local HR and employees. This also includes Knowledge Management, PDCA, etc.
- Point of contact for vendors and Nissan Global Management to address case-specific questions.
- Participate in annual allowance review processes, including annual Housing Allowance review with Global Mobility teams, post-merit increase allowances reviews, etc.
- Provide monthly / quarterly / ad hoc mobility reporting and ongoing data audits and actions to ensure data integrity.
- Point of contact for Global People Service Center Mobility team related activities based on assigned population.
- Quality check assignment deliverables (Assignment Calculation Sheet, Offer, Assignment Contract, etc) to ensure high quality output
- Ensure tax and legal compliance, including employment laws/immigration and social security/payroll compliance.
- Support actively AMIEO Global Mobility CoE projects, including CoE Communications, Digitalization etc.
- HR experience within a global, corporate environment including HR administration
- Up to date knowledge of international mobility compensation and relocation processes
- Knowledge of immigration, tax and social security practices within an internal mobility context
- Compensation or HR Business Partner experience is a plus
- Strong people skills and customer service orientation – ability to empathise with individuals going through a stressful relocation experience
- Problem solving skills – ability to research, ask questions and effectively develop solutions
- Organised – ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and within defined deadlines.
- Ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships and with external vendors
- Continuous improvement mindset – process oriented, identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutions in collaboration with the wider HR community.
- Confidentiality – ability to maintain discretion while managing sensitive, personal data.
- High energy with a ‘can do’ attitude with an ability to work in a fast paced environment and work effectively within a global team.
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience working with Global Mobility technology tools e.g. Assignment Pro
- Payroll, Compensation and/or numerical skills
- Knowledge of HCM system, Workday experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, in English, the working language of the organisation
