What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large sets of data in excel, tracking required and received data by vendor
- Research missing contact information for vendors
- Assist in the creation of vendor information packets
- Manage email correspondence between JLL and vendor partners
- Complete Bulk Upload templates using various data sets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Stay up to date on latest JLL technologies, tools, and systems
- Data cleansing and preparation
- Creating dashboards and reports from various data sets
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot table, and duplicate check functions
- Change management champion with the mindset to drive change
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
