      As a Mobilization Coordinator you will be providing expert guidance and accountability for the mobilization of a new Automated People Mover system (APM System) for an O&M Joint Venture (OMJV). In this role you will manage activities associated with the readiness of the OMJV and its staff and subcontractors and coordinate with OMJV Mobilization Committee and Development For Quality team members. You will work to guide OMJV staff on operational readiness matters and help create synergies with OMJV, DBJV, SPV, customers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

      • Writing, reviewing, and/or accepting O&M-related documents necessary to operate and maintain the APM System
      • Implementing processes that will help the achievement of target Passenger Service Availability date
      • Ensuring that LINXS Operators fulfills its contractual obligations in relation to the project reaching operational readiness and that all tasks necessary for LINXS Operators and its staff to be ready to provide services starting on Passenger Service Availability are completed in compliance with contractual obligations
      • Reporting all major events and decisions which can impact fulfilling O&M mobilization and operational readiness obligations
      • Verifying the current mobilization plans and use them as a roadmap to ensure OMJV meets its operational readiness requirements
      • Creating and delivering weekly progress reports, status updates, Policy and Procedure Manuals, and Work Instructions as required for business continuity

      Required Qualifications:

      • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with experience to include time with APM, Testing and Commissioning, or construction development

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Urban or Light rail experience
      • PMP or similar certification
      • Rail Activation Program Experience
      • Professional Certification in Safety, Security or Training
      • Experience with Joint Ventures
      • P3 Experience
      • Knowledge of guideway or right-of-way signaling systems, traction power substations, and testing/training of rail systems
      • Federal and state public transportation regulations knowledge

      Education:

      • Bachelors Degree Required
      • Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered

      Salary Range:

      • $82,000 - $125,000
