Job Title: Mold Setter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves setting molds for injection molding machines and monitoring the manufacturing process through the HMI screen, ensuring all specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Set molds for injection molding machines.
• Monitor manufacturing processes including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates using the HMI screen.
• Verify color concentrates are correct and perform color changes as required.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mold setting.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to make machine adjustments.
• Proficient in overhead crane operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an Injection Molding Mold Setter is strongly preferred.
• Consideration for candidates with Die Setter experience or extensive press experience.
• Ability to memorize and perform a long sequence of tasks efficiently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Leitchfield, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
