Job Description

- Set molds for injection molding machines.
- Monitor manufacturing process including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates using the HMI screen.
- Verify color concentrates and perform color changes as required.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
- Experience in mold setting.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Ability to make machine adjustments.
- Overhead crane operation skills.
- Injection molding mold setter experience is strongly preferred.
- Consideration for candidates with Die Setter experience, skilled machine operators, or substantial press experience.
- Ability to memorize and perform a long sequence of tasks quickly during the process.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting molds for injection molding machines and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance. Work Environment
Work in a plastic injection molding facility that is not temperature controlled, reflecting outdoor conditions. With a workforce of 400 employees, the 3rd shift operates from 11:15 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
