Job Description
- Req#: R64867
- Stock molding machine stations with the materials needed to operate.
- Review production schedule to identify materials needed for current and upcoming shift.
- Load dryers within the appropriate drying window for the material used.
- Empty dryers and clean them out to prepare for material changes.
- Maintain appropriate and accurate inventory levels for all materials.
- Walk molding shop to check material levels and raking material as needed.
- Perform physical inventory on resins and colorants.
- Learn other indirect labor positions for backfilling purposes.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of molding experience
- Forklift certification (TTI will train)
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience with excel/reading schedules
- Exposure to Kanban and 5s concepts
- Previous experience as material handler
- Safety conscious
Job Description:
To ensure all molding machines in operation have the necessary materials to operate throughout the assigned shift.

Working conditions:
Position is located at our Cookeville, TN manufacturing facility. This facility is heated and cooled. Employee will be working with and near moving mechanical parts.
Physical requirements:
Candidate must be able to identify and distinguish colors, stand for long periods of time, lift/carry up to 35 lbs., reach hands and arms in any directions and kneel/stoop repeatedly Frequent use of drill drivers is required in Assembly process. A drug screen is required prior to employment. A physical may also be required as employment terms.
