Monett Schools is seeking a talented, caring, and visionary Principal for the Monett Elementary School for the 2025/26 school year. This building houses a very diverse academic and cultural population in grades first - third grades. The successful candidate will be articulate in sharing the district’s high expectations of academic excellence, and will be able to foster a collaborative culture of doing what is best for all students.

Major duties of the position include student discipline/safety/supervision and instructional leadership. This is a ten-month position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Facilitation of shared decision-making with Leadership Team

Data analysis and data driven decision making

High expectations for student achievement

Technology based instruction and assessment

ELL instruction models

Differentiated instruction methods and practices
