      SWBC is seeking a talented individual that monitors, troubleshoots, and provides incident management updates utilizing various production system monitoring packages; and communicates and alerts teams as necessary. In addition to performing IT monitoring duties, this position is involved in cross training on the IT Service Desk.

      In this role you’ll be a vital part of the team responsible for maintaining SWBC’s technical infrastructure. This role is fast paced and exciting, often requiring you to speak to many business and IT leaders alike and exposing you to all facets of technology.

      Essential duties include the following:

      • Monitors production systems with various tools such as SolarWinds Orion/WPM , Splunk, AppDynamics, and various other in-house platforms .
      • Troubleshoot and identify discrepancies and optimization possibilities and provides communication and/or findings to the appropriate teams .
      • Diagnoses and takes corrective action as needed on monitoring tools and updating error listing(s).
      • Takes responsibility for outage s from start until resolution; communicates updates, changes, and root cause once issues are resolved.
      • Creating and updating essential team notes and documentation.
      • Assists in monitor team projects as assigned.
      • Creates tickets for service interruptions.
      • This is a hybrid position that will require 1 – 5 days in office depending on the business needs.
      • Performs all other duties as assigned.

      Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

      • High School diploma or equivalency.
      • A+ Certificate preferred .
      • Two or more years experience, Operations/ ITS M/Incident Management background preferred .
      • Strong interest in technical fields such as Information Technology, System or Network Engineering, or hardware integration preferred.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
      • Knowledge of financial institution lending and service operations and/or the insurance industry preferred.
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess a question, risk, or an issue and respond appropriately and accurately.
      • Strong detail orientation and problem resolution skills.
      • Able to learn other software support skills in support of the network is preferred.
      • Able to sit for long periods of time while performing essential duties.
      • Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of reports, paper, and/or files.
