  We're hiring for General Manager, Sales Manager, and Membership Sales Consultant roles — and this could be the beginning of your next big career move.

  Who We're Hiring:

  • General Manager – $65K–$85K+ annually
  • Sales Manager – $25/hour + monthly bonuses (Full-Time)
  • Membership Sales Consultant – $20/hour at 40 hours/week + bonuses

  This is a performance-based role. That means hitting sales goals matters, and we’ll train you to do it right.

  General Manager:

  • Lead a team, drive club performance, and oversee daily operations
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and community
  • Be the face of the club in your city
  • Pay Range: $65K–$85K+ based on results and experience

  Sales Manager:

  • Drive your own sales while leading others to succeed
  • Motivate your team, deliver coaching, and celebrate wins
  • Track performance, build strong relationships, and crush goals
  • Pay: $25/hr + Monthly Bonuses
  • Growth Path: Future GM opportunity

  Membership Sales Consultant:

  • Master the full sales process: greet, tour, ask, listen, close
  • Keep the energy high and the conversations real
  • Connect people to life-changing fitness solutions
  • Pay: $20/hr @ 40 hours/week + Bonuses
  • Growth Path: Future Sales Manager opportunity
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and community
