You’ll be supporting them right from the agreement in principle through to the completion of their purchase and with our massive customer base no two journeys will be the same !
You’ll get to really know them and provide the expert professional advice to support their mortgage, protection and insurance needs.
Your advice will play a key role in how we , as a Group, support them with their varied and unique needs to achieve their home and financial aspirations .
We’ll also support your development with an experienced team and manager to ensure your advice is always appropriate and keep your knowledge of policies and procedures up to date through regular coaching and training sessions.
Flexible Mixed – Th e start time of this shift will range from 8am to 1pm with the finish time ranging from 3.30 to 9 pm. This is a Monday to Friday shift pattern with a requirement to work 2 out of 8 Saturdays starting from 9am with the finish time ranging from 4pm to 5.30pm.
Middays - The start time of this shift will range from 12pm to 1pm with the finish time ranging from 7.30 to 9 pm. This is a Monday to Friday shift pattern with a requirement to work 2 out of 8 Saturdays starting from 9am with the finish time ranging from 4pm to 5.30pm.
4 - day week late - The start time of this shift will range from 10am to 12pm with the finish time ranging from 7 pm to 9 pm. You will work your hours over a 4 - day week through Monday to Friday with the requirement to work 1 out of 8 Saturdays starting from 9am with the finish time ranging from 4pm to 5.30pm.

As one of our Mortgage and Protection Adviser s you’ll be taking a variety of existing and new to bank customers through their individual home journeys – whether they’re first time buyers, investors or looking to move/improve their home or reviewing their protectio n.
This isn’t a Monday-Friday 9-5 role. It’s a rewarding role that offers a great deal of flexibility – offering you an opportunity to select from the shift-patterns available, and agree working arrangements that suit both you and the needs of the team and our customers.
Please note that in order to be eligible to work in this role you will need to be available to work to 9pm as and when required .

The first 3 months you’ll be on-site but training doesn’t stop there, you’ll get opportunities to develop new skills in new product areas and opportunities to advance or move across the Group.
Please note t his role is certified under the regulatory requirements of the FCA/PRA’s ‘Senior Managers and Certification Regime ’.

This role is considered Certified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime as either requiring mandatory qualifications or being deemed as a role capable of providing ‘significant harm’ to customers. Due to this, successful candidates will be subject to enhanced levels of vetting, and required to complete a fitness and propriety attestation on commencement in role.
