- Grow ATB’s mortgage business based on client needs and business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in retail lending
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products
- Results-oriented salesperson with a knack for negotiation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust networks and relationships in the mortgage industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Certification in mortgage lending or related field
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships
