      What You’ll Do

      This role provides strategic marketing support for the entire organization, including Sales Operations/Client Relations, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Talent Acquisition. The Global Marketing Team is responsible for developing all components of the TTEC brand, including the company’s visual identity, messaging, and business positioning.

      In partnership with our Colorado-based creative team, this full-time position will report remotely to our Global Head of Video at our corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role in a corporate environment and will possess senior leadership abilities in developing and executing strategic ideas/concepts for video, motion graphics, and media solutions. Flexibility to work on a global schedule, outside of local time zones when needed.

      During a Typical Day, You’ll

      • Support a global company in the creation & production of video/motion graphic content -including designing & creating complex animated graphics, user interfaces, infographics, kinetic typography, character animations, sound & audio editing, general knowledge of photography, as well as all aspects of video production - including planning, capturing, organizing, & editing.
      • Conceptualize original ideas and/or translate existing concepts into motion graphics & videos.
      • Develop, create, & collaborate on storyboards & scripts with internal team members. Plan, shoot, & edit videos and photos as needed. Organize, archive, & maintain video libraries.
      • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, & managers in the creative department. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and strategic pursuits. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support learning & development, internal communications, & talent acquisition. Work closely with project managers to scope, plan, & budget video projects.
      • Lead project teams relating to motion graphics & video production processes, methods, & techniques, including staying up to date on trends & presenting creative solutions.
      • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, design standards, brand guideline allegiance & advocacy.
      • Manage & execute multiple overlapping projects on time, with an outstanding ability to self-manage & communicate. Ability to develop strategic & impactful solutions for target audiences & deliver on-time.

      What You Bring to the Role

      • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, Graphic Design, or related field. 8+ years Video/Motion Graphics experience in an agency, studio, or in-house design setting.
      • Be a thought leader with an emphasis on creative storytelling through motion graphics & video (must be able to visually layout a story off of a script or outline) with in-depth knowledge of video color correction/grading. Proactively identify solutions, present ideas for complex subjects, & quickly develop project scope.
      • Readily & proactively create & present video/motion graphics concepts, storyboards. Strong sense of audio design/selection/editing (music & VO). Solid foundation of color theory for design.
      • Have a strong sense of typography (font choice, legibility, kerning, leading, blocking, spacing). Attention to detail & commitment to quality (must see the big picture & scrutinize the details). Respectful use of style guides or brand books (strict adherence of brand colors, logos, images & fonts).
      • Have a thorough understanding of video formats, compression techniques, & best delivery practices. Strong understanding of pre/post-production workflow, proactively create workflow efficiencies as needed.
      • Invest in a team environment, be a culture fit, & always bring a positive attitude. Able to self-organize & manage multiple projects & adhere to tight deadlines. Exceptionally strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
      • Have an in-depth knowledge of video & audio production equipment––must be able to shoot, ingest, sub-clip, prep/edit video & VO–– this includes the ability to setup lighting, shoot interviews, still images, & record VO.
