- Supporting the sales and engineering teams of Bosch Motorsport in the UK.
- Providing excellent administration support both face to face, on the telephone and via email.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Taking responsibility for the invoicing and payment processes.
- Support Bosch Motorsport UK Marketing activities including generation and delivery of concepts.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about our KPIS and results.
- Have a key role in ensuring our continuing success, including identifying ways we can improve and support our customers better.
- You will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be a keen problems solver and have high levels of resilience and determination.
- Some experience in a similar role, in the areas of Sales, Business Development or Administration or relevant transferable skills.
- Excellent administration skills, with good attention to detail.
- Flexible and well organised to manage several tasks at once.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to cope under pressure.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Good written and spoken English.
- MS Office skills.
- Able to use and integrated system like SAP.
- Degree or equivalent in sales, sales management, sales and marketing or business and marketing an advantage.
- Knowledge and working experience of SAP or other relevant integrated system
- Experience in building and managing professional relationships
- Able to communicate and make presentations professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Previous experience with the UK motorsports market and products
- Passionate about sales and business development.
- Previous experience maintaining and supporting a successful marketing campaign.

We welcome applications from a range of candidates but please note that you must be available to take up this position from June/July 2023 and have the right to live and work in the UK before the start date as we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
This role is office based, however flexible and hybrid working options available.
