      Tool Maker, Mould Refurbishment

      Role description

      Provide Production with adequate quantities of repaired Mould equipment.

      Responsibilities:
      • Carrying out the repair and maintenance of Mould equipment
      • Record daily work carried out on a job sheet to provide an accurate reference point
      • Fault finding and problem solving
      • Demonstrate flexibility to support a 24-hour operation
      • Carry out housekeeping in accordance with Company hygiene rules
      Required skills / qualifications:
      • A dynamic approach with the ability to work proactively
      • Accuracy and attention to detail
      • Gained a recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Toolmaking
      • Knowledge of mould equipment and repair techniques
      • Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement
      What we offer:
      • Salary Minimum £32,358 - £39,886 Maximum
      • Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions
      • Monday – Friday 37 hours per week working, plus 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays
