Job Description

- Manage all activities related to the Resident’s move out of the community.
- Assist in facilitating the logistics for the unit to be vacated and schedule activities relating to removing possessions. Work with other community departments to coordinate details of the moving process.
- Provide residents and family with information and answer questions; to include but are not limited to the following: moving companies, address change procedures, and telephone service.
- In case of the resident’s death, refer the family to Pastoral Ministries and Social Work.
- Oversee the Completion of the Resident’s Final Bill and Entrance Deposit Refund
- Work closely with the marketing department to monitor the resale status of the unit and communicate with residents and/or family members on re-sell status.
- Once a refund becomes due, acts as a liaison between resident/family members, Accounts Receivable, and Escrow.
- A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; our employees.

We are hiring a Move-Out Coordinator for our Continuing Care Retirement Community. As the Move-Out Coordinator, you will oversee all resident move-outs and serve as the liaison for residents, family members, and legal representatives during the release process. This position does require the maintaining of all confidential information regarding to the residents.
Compensation: Up to $29.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
