      Position Summary:

      Reporting to the Lead MRI Technologist, the MR Imaging Technologist is responsible for care to patients of all ages. Must have working knowledge of magnetic resonance (MR). Must be able to operate all MR equipment and process studies. Able to precept Imaging Students during designated shift. Prepares the exam room, equipment, supplies and medications for patient’s procedures and is responsible for patient education. Must have one-year experience as a fully qualified MRI Technologist.

      Qualifications

      • Must be currently registered by American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT) with MR noted on the registration
      • Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology
      • 1+ year of experience in conducting MRI procedures.
