- Responsible for the careful review of merge requests in the eRAD RIS and PACS systems.
- Responsible for careful review of all image requests both internally and externally
- Ensures the timely and efficient completion of merge and/or image requests.
- Recognizes occurrences of incorrect data, evaluates trends, and collaborates with the Lead on intuitive remedies.
- Maintains a strong knowledge base of eRAD RIS and eRAD PACS systems and keeps up to date on changes.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborates with team members to meet evolving needs as they relate to RIS and PACS systems.
- Presents methodical workmanship and diligence.
- Documents and communicates information and findings with appropriate staff.
- Supports company objectives and advocates them regularly among staff.
- Supports team members and customers with eRAD processes.
- Understand RadNet’s policies as they relate to MRN merges and image requests.
- Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
- Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- College education in a related field is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be meticulous, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Problem solving skills are a must.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Previous experience with radiology workflow is desired.
