When you join us as an MRN Patient Merge & Image Request Support, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
  You Will:
  • Responsible for the careful review of merge requests in the eRAD RIS and PACS systems.
  • Responsible for careful review of all image requests both internally and externally
  • Ensures the timely and efficient completion of merge and/or image requests.
  • Recognizes occurrences of incorrect data, evaluates trends, and collaborates with the Lead on intuitive remedies.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge base of eRAD RIS and eRAD PACS systems and keeps up to date on changes.
  • Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborates with team members to meet evolving needs as they relate to RIS and PACS systems.
  • Presents methodical workmanship and diligence.
  • Documents and communicates information and findings with appropriate staff.
  • Supports company objectives and advocates them regularly among staff.
  • Supports team members and customers with eRAD processes.
  • Understand RadNet’s policies as they relate to MRN merges and image requests.

  To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • College education in a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be meticulous, detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Problem solving skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
  • Previous experience with radiology workflow is desired.
