- Managing and coordinating delivery issues, reporting shortages and recovery programmes to meet the plan. Managing the impact and escalating issues as required.
- Creating and maintaining a product kit plan in line with the MS8 process.
- Supporting paperwork and information transfer in relation to all physical and transactional part movements and confirm compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all necessary mitigation actions are being pro-actively managed and coordinated cross functionally to minimise customer disruption.
- Experience of a manufacturing or component repair environment, preferably within the Defence industry. SAP or other ERP systems experience would be preferred.
- Excellent SAP skills: the ability to run a range of reports and interpret the findings to a high standard, understands how to manage Purchase Orders and Stock Transport Orders
- Strong interpersonal skills and a clear communicator; comfortable with taking lead and chairing cross-functional meetings, influencing without authority
- Highly organised with the ability to change pace and direction in response to emergent issues, remain calm under changing circumstances and deal positively with uncertainty and ambiguity.

The role will be based in the Defence Aerospace Operations Facility in Bristol.
