'Develop and standardization of reporting mechanisms on FME people cost and ISC financial controlling
Drive the AC planning cycle for ISC together with ISC Finance Fixed Cost team
Coordinate and publish the monthly scorecard and send out to the ISC HR Leads for their validation, bridging accuracy of data and advise rectification methods.
Conduct monthly HC reconciliations, bridge analysis and cost evaluation exercises with ISC Finance Fixed Cost team.
Analyse solutions in order to attend to people cost queries raised by GPLT, AMPLT, CSLLT and Manufacturing Leaders on FME cost
Ensure accuracy of SHARP data by driving required changes.
Manage and track vacancy report and translate into required analytics.
Support on change management material development
Build capability and/or conduct training with Key resources & stakeholders as & when need arises (due to role changes, gaps etc.)
Analyze regional FME spending and initiaite dicsussions with relevant stakeholders to make sure that spends are in line with budget and policies
'Requires good understanding of People systems & costs (compensation & benefit elements, SHARP reporting etc.);
Business structure & Roles understanding (especially for ISC function - within BU and above BU roles).
Job Description
/Purpose of the role
This role will support the Manager ISC Finance Fixed Cost - AMEA in coordinating, generating and analysing required People cost reports, Headcount and presentations to support ISC financial controlling and drive the governance and standardization of SHARP interface to the CMT reporting. The role is also expected to help in overseeing the total AMEA FME spending to make sure that spends are in line with budgets and policies.
