      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain a closure rate of 6-8 tickets per day while understanding Service Desk Team KPIs
      - Effectively resolve escalation tickets through root cause analysis
      - Troubleshoot server, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components
      - Utilize RMM tools such as Datto and Huntress to manage and support client environments
      - Provide exceptional service to clients while maintaining strong documentation practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of remote desktop experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
      - 1+ year of experience as an escalation technician
      - Advanced knowledge of basic network infrastructure, including firewalls such as Sonicwall and Fortigate
      - Familiarity with ConnectWise and RMM tools
      - Strong documentation skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications in Windows 10/11, Office 365, COMPTIA A+, and Network+ are strongly preferred
      - Experience with PowerShell scripting
