What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a closure rate of 6-8 tickets per day while adhering to Service Desk Team KPIs
- Effectively resolve escalation tickets through root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot server, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components
- Utilize RMM tools such as Datto and Huntress for efficient support
- Document service incidents and provide exceptional service to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of remote desktop experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- At least 1 year of experience as an escalation technician
- Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, specifically firewalls such as Sonicwall and Fortigate
- Strong documentation skills and a commitment to client service
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and certifications like COMPTIA A+ and Network+
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ConnectWise and RMM tools
- Knowledge of PowerShell for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with troubleshooting O365-related issues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Additional certifications in IT support or networking
