What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and resolve escalation tickets with effective root cause analysis
- Maintain Service Desk Team KPIs, ensuring a closure rate of 6-8 tickets per day
- Troubleshoot and support server, switches, wireless, firewalls, and network infrastructure components
- Utilize RMM tools such as Datto and Huntress for client support
- Provide exceptional service and maintain strong documentation for client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Remote Desktop Experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- 1+ year of experience as an escalation technician
- Advanced knowledge of basic network infrastructure, including firewalls (Sonicwall, Fortigate)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network infrastructure components
- Familiarity with ConnectWise and RMM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Windows 10/11, Office 365, COMPTIA A+, and Network+ are strongly preferred
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
