- Bilingual English/Spanish: able to read, write and speak fluently without limitations or assistance; able to understand English source language, whether spoken or written
- Basic InDesign skills
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate certificate in Spanish translation or related field
- Project management experience
- Three or more years of Spanish proofreading experience
- Experience partnering with and managing external vendors
- Location: Work-at-home (Eastern or Central time zone)
- Hours M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Description:
This role facilitates translation and proofreads Spanish documents. Work assignments frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Must be able to handles relations with internal customers and external translation vendors in an efficient, professional manner under pressure. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations. Requires minimal direction and receives guidance when needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
