  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Provides basic patient care tasks under the direction and supervision of the RN. Assists the RN and healthcare team to achieve desired patient outcomes. Supports a culturally sensitive, individualized plan of care and works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols or pathways for care delivery.

      • High School Diploma or 10 years of relevant experience

      • BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
