What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently and accurately schedule breast imaging procedures within OB/GYN offices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members via telephone
- Obtain and review patient demographic and insurance information for scheduling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies during scheduling
- Contact patients who missed appointments to reschedule and gather data on cancellations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or radiology setting
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient computer skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes
