      What happens if you are selected for the position?

      • Your current pay will be evaluated against the midpoint of the pay zone indicated above to determine the appropriate job pay offer. Note: Federal, State and Local taxes are not taken into consideration when evaluating a potential offer.
      • You decide to accept or decline the offer within the pre-specified timeline.


      How to manage the transition to your new role?

      • You work with your current and new leader to determine a start date in your new position. Typically, this transition occurs in 2-3 pay cycles, but longer transition times can occur due to current business unit needs.
      • You should speak with your new leader about your primary storm assignment in your new role.
      • In certain location or job-specific roles, you may be required to complete a background check and drug screen to obtain physical and/or cyber access or to meet compliance requirements.

      Location Requirement: Hybrid - Must be able to come on-site periodically and reside a commutable distance from the work location.

      Job Summary:

      Experienced engineer responsible for independently evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Uses judgement in applying or recommending adaptions and modifications. Typical assignments are in the areas of engineering or scientific design, problem solving, and technical support for the optimum operation and maintenance of company assets. Participates on teams of field employees, technicians, engineers and other personnel.

      Key Accountabilities:

      • Performs engineering assignments, proposing solutions to engineering related problems.
      • Works with experienced professionals to recommend and implement timely solutions involving routine engineering, design, operation, maintenance of company assets and market optimization.
      • Collaborates with more experienced engineers to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems within time and budget constraints.
      • Develops models and analyzes data in order to recommend solutions and/or improvements in processes and programs; develops and presents presentations to all levels of management and/or external parties.
      • May provide field engineering assistance or technical support.
      • Keeps up to date on current technology and market/technology trends.

      Minimum Education and Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and a minimum of 2 years of job relevant experience

      Preferred Degree:

      • Civil experience preferred

      Other requirements:

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel and Word
      • Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
      • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
