      Now Hiring: Multi-Line Claim Representative I (Hybrid – Metairie, LA)

      Location: Metairie, LASchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CSTWork Arrangement: Hybrid Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000

      The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate of the base pay range for this role, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of pay. CCMSI is hiring a Multi-Line Claim Representative I to join our Metairie, LA office on a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote blend after initial training period, up to 6 months in office).

      This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the nuances of claim jurisdiction and wants to grow their expertise across multiple lines of coverage—including auto, property, and general liability.

      Responsibilities

      What You’ll Do:

      As a Multi-Line Claim Rep I, you’ll:

      • Investigate and manage a variety of claim types (auto and general liability property damage) from start to finish.

      • Evaluate liability, determine coverage, and settle claims fairly and efficiently.

      • Negotiate directly with claimants or their attorneys.

      • Work closely with defense attorneys, medical providers, and other vendors to move claims forward.

      • Monitor subrogation potential and maintain clear documentation of reserves, payments, and file status.

      • Uphold our commitment to client service and claim quality.

      This position is part of a development path to grow into a more advanced claim role (ML Claim Rep II or beyond), so we’re looking for someone who’s eager to build on what they know.

      Qualifications

      What You Need to Bring:

      • At least 1 year of Auto Liability claim handling experience (required)

      • Bonus points if you have 1+ years of experience in General Liability Property claims

      • Solid knowledge of insurance coverages and jurisdictional differences

      • An active Adjuster's License is required (we prefer candidates with a Louisiana license)

      • Confidence in handling claims independently, but open to mentorship and learning new lines

      • Strong organization and communication skills—you’ll be working with internal teams, clients, attorneys, and claimants
