      Now Hiring: Multi-Property Sales Coordinator
      Location: TownePlace Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites - Springfield, MO

      Purpose for the position:
      The Sales Coordinator supports the sales departments of the hotel properties by providing administrative, organizational, and customer service assistance. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting group and corporate sales. It serves as a liaison between the sales team, hotel operations, and clients.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Answer telephones professionally and in a timely manner

      • Greet guests and obtain necessary information for the sales team

      • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding events, room blocks, or general inquiries

      • Assist with on-site tours when needed

      • Ensure client requirements are accurately communicated to hotel teams

      • Manage contracts, rooming lists, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

      • Maintain organized sales files and send post-event evaluations

      • Build rapport with local civic groups and companies

      • Represent OHM standards in appearance, professionalism, and performance

      • Embrace company culture including service, sustainability, wellness, and safety initiatives

      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Skills & Abilities:

      • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

      • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with systems like Delphi or Opera a plus

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

      • Professional presentation and guest service skills

      • Adaptable to change and high-pressure environments

      • Team-oriented and positive attitude

      Education & Experience:

      • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality Management ideal)

      • Prior sales experience is a plus

      • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

      • Ability to travel locally and regionally

      Hours:

      • Schedule may vary; must be available nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

      Physical Requirements:

      • Light work (up to 40 lbs occasionally; up to 20 lbs frequently)

      • Frequent walking, standing, and physical movement required

      • Occasional lifting over 40 lbs may be necessary

      Work Environment:

      • Indoor office environment with occasional distractions

      • Minimal exposure to temperature changes

      • Safety-sensitive position
