      We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Supervisor!

      Multi-Site Supervisors assists the Regional Property Manager with overseeing operations of one or more locations. Multi-site supervisors are tasked with ensuring each location operates smoothly and efficiently.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Create spreadsheets, letters, templates, presentations, and forms
      • Assist leadership with special projects, administrative tasks, and other related work.
      • Write meeting minutes, memos, and other correspondence
      • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials
      • Coordinate and produce status reports, project reports, and other information for special projects
      • Ensure that all designated sites have completed their daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks.
      • Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure positive communication with the community, agencies, owners, staff, and residents.
      • Advise Property Managers of any revisions regarding policy, established forms, reports, and manuals, including updates changes, and additions. Ensure that the most recent revisions of the same are being utilized.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Requirements:

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
      • Affordable housing experience preferred
      • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
      • Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
      • Track record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
      • Ability to remain professional and courteous
      • At least six months of experience in office management/admin-type role

      Additional Information: This position will require travel

      Compensation: $55,000 + per year
