Our team is responsible for working with Seller/Servicers to obtain information necessary for asset surveillance and loan securitization
We work closely with multiple groups within Freddie Mac Multifamily to support our multifamily securitization program
We assess loan-level risk through analysis of operating statements and rent rolls
Managing the Multifamily Property Reporting System-PRS
Trouble shooting assessment submission issues
Managing database maintenance and enhancements
Assisting with assessment creations
Providing exceptional customer service while managing a large volume of requests
Minimum of one year or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be obtained
Minor in Information Technology required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) with advanced knowledge of Excel and Macros required
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.About the company
