      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives
      - Analyze portfolio progress and report performance to key stakeholders
      - Evaluate risks of current assets, ensuring compliance with governance and controls
      - Manage administration, strategic planning, and operations of the assigned portfolio
      - Utilize enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting of business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 2-5 years of Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate experience, preferably in Asset Management or Underwriting
      - Proficiency in Excel and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
      - Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program
      - Strong influencing skills including negotiating and conflict resolution
      - Experience in loan management, including evaluating non-monetary default notifications
      - Skilled in presenting information in an engaging and comprehensible manner
      - Business insight including advising and interpreting customer and market insights
