      Freddie Mac Multifamily’s Marketing and Communications team helps drive business — and highlights the value of the Multifamily mission for our customers and stakeholders. You’ll be part of a team to engage our lenders, and to promote our $78 billion rental housing financing business and its impact on renters and communities nationwide. A mission-centric company, we’re one of the largest sources of funding for Multifamily housing — primarily affordable housing.

      In this opportunity as Graphic Design Intern, you will:

      • Contribute to marketing materials: Design and illustrate marketing collateral (print and digital)
      • Support UI/UX design: Help product managers and software engineers with visuals
      • Create visuals for internal and external use: develop templates, graphics, and logos
      • Perform website graphic support: Update Freddie Mac Multifamily website
      • Assist with animation and videography: Assist in the creation of promotional videos and animations

      Your Impact:

      • Have experience creating a wide range of graphics for corporate purposes, such as logos & videos
      • Are proficient with Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Canva
      • Have experience using Microsoft Office
      • Have a graphic design portfolio for us to review and assess

      Qualifications:

      • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline
      • Graduation date of December 2024 – May 2025
      • Availability to work May – August 2024
      • Strong Microsoft Power Point Development Skills
      • Proficient with Canva

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $54,000 - $82,000 . All interns positions are paid at an hourly rate, which can be found in the body of the job description.
