      Your Impact:

      The Production Analyst will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Reporting to one of the Region’s Managers or Directors, the hired candidates will work on one of many deal teams and will be responsible for assisting the team’s Producer and Associates in evaluating, structure, and quoting new debt opportunities.

      Your work is largely categorized two ways:

      Analysis

      • High-volume deal review for new financing opportunities. Includes preliminary review of deals before quote, as well as anticipating and solving problems through Rate Lock timeline
      • Due diligence, which includes the examination of comp sets, internal and external market data and cash flow analysis
      • Pipeline management through daily system updates

      Communication and Collaboration

      • Collaborative engagement with underwriting team to negotiate and analyze each transaction within Freddie Mac’s Credit Policy and Underwriting Guide
      • Additional reporting and macro-data analysis, which may include special projects and/or pre-travel preparation
      • Interact with Production Team Lead and external customers to ensure efficient deal processing and competitive results

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
      • 0 to 2 years of professional experience
      • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven interest in a commercial real estate career
      • Position will require future travel

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $67,000 - $101,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
